Sloto'Cash General Bonus Terms

1. Real Account Eligibility: Only players who have registered a Real Account are eligible to receive promotions. Bonuses will be awarded only once per household and/or account, in accordance with our Terms of Use. If a second account is opened, it will be closed, and all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2. One Offer Per Player: Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environment in which computers are shared, including universities, fraternities, schools, public libraries, and workplaces.

3. Claim Before Playing: Players must claim and receive their bonus before they begin playing with their initial deposit. Requests to claim a bonus after a player has started wagering their initial deposit will be refused.

4. Bonus Balance: Bonuses will be credited to the player's Real Account as Bonus Balance until the terms of the promotion have been met. Thereafter, the applicable Bonus Balance will be transferred to the Withdrawable Balance.

5. Free Bonus Wagering: Unless otherwise stated, all free bonuses must be wagered at least 40 times and sometimes up to 60 times before withdrawal. Wagers placed on any type of Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, other table games, or non-slot games will not count toward this wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise. If an excluded game is played before the wagering requirements have been completed, the casino reserves the right to void all winnings and close the account. Withdrawal requests submitted before the wagering requirements have been met will be rejected until the wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Promotion Completion & Maximum Cashout: A promotion is considered completed when a player meets the wagering requirements or when the balance falls below $0.50. If a promotion has a maximum cashout limit, only the maximum cashout amount will be transferred to the player's Withdrawable Balance upon completion of the wagering requirements. Any balance above this amount will be automatically deducted by the system.

7. Pending Withdrawals: Players with one or more pending withdrawals in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until those withdrawals have either been processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as determined by the casino, may result in the cancellation of the player's winnings.

8. One Promotion at a Time: A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If a player redeems a bonus on top of an existing playable balance, any winnings will be voided, and the original deposit will be reimbursed to the player's account. All promotional offers are available only to the players to whom they were issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers sent by email are intended solely for the recipient and cannot be transferred.

9. Promotional Abuse: Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of management. If promotional abuse is suspected, all withdrawals may be audited and refused where fraud or abuse is suspected, at the discretion of casino management.

Should a player be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is their responsibility to contact the support team and obtain a full understanding before participating in the promotion.

11. Promotion Termination: Any promotion or offer may be terminated at any time at management's discretion, without prior notice or obligation.

12. Eligibility Restrictions: Management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. Promotional offers made by email, telephone, or mail are extended only to the player to whom the correspondence is addressed.

13. Complete Agreement: The terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between the player and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings regarding the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.

14. Cashable Bonuses: All deposit bonuses are cashable at Sloto'Cash. Free no-deposit bonuses offered to non-depositing players are subject to the maximum cashout stated in the promotion. Free loyalty bonuses and Customer Service credits issued to existing loyal players carry a maximum cashout limit of 5x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.

15. Roulette Restrictions: Betting on both Red and Black simultaneously in Roulette is not permitted. Any winnings generated from this type of wagering will be voided. Bets placed on European Roulette while an active bonus is in play are also not permitted.

16. Loyalty & Service Credits: Free loyalty credits issued to existing players, including loyalty bonuses, inconvenience bonuses granted by Customer Service, tournament prizes, manager compensation bonuses, birthday bonuses, or any other loyalty or service credits, will have a maximum cashout of 5x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a $100 credit would carry a maximum cashout of $500. No exceptions will be made if a Random Jackpot is won.

17. Deposit Bonus Wagering: Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 30 times the sum of the deposit and bonus, unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled for each deposit bonus used. This rule will only be reset after the customer's balance has returned to $0.

18. Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Winnings generated from any deposit-based reward bonuses, including Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Sloto Magazine, Snail Mail, or any other reward bonus, will not be honored if the qualifying deposit is below $25.

19. Consecutive Free Bonuses: Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonus or Free Spins offers consecutively. When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real-money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void the bonuses and any associated winnings.

20. 90-Day Validity: Each redeemed bonus has a validity period of 90 days. After this period, if the bonus has not been played or completed, it will be removed from the player's account.

21. Comp Points: Management reserves the right to consider winnings generated from comp points accumulated through the use of consecutive free bonuses null and void.

Free Bonus Rules

About Free Bonuses: From time to time, Sloto'Cash Casino may offer promotions that award players a bonus without requiring a previous deposit, such as Free Money offers. The following rules apply to free-money promotions.

One Free-Money Offer for Non-Depositors: Members who have not made at least one deposit at the casino may claim a free-money offer only once. This includes, but is not limited to, welcome bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and Free Spins. Any winnings generated from additional free-money offers will be voided.

Withdrawals Between $25 and $50: Withdrawals of between $25 and $50 from free-bonus promotions will be processed only after a copy of a utility bill matching the address registered on the player's Sloto'Cash account has been received.

Exclusive Promotion Distribution: Sloto'Cash Casino is aware that some free-bonus links may be posted on other websites or forums, or shared with individuals who were not originally sent the promotion. Duplicate Accounts: Winnings generated on duplicate accounts will automatically be voided and removed from the accounts.
