General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Sloto'Cash Online Casino website or downloading any software made available on the Sloto'Cash website.

1. By playing at any of the Sloto'Cash Online Casino (also referred to as “Slotocash,” “we,” “us,” or “the Casino”), you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation in the activities and games of the Casino (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law.
3. The Casino is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You must be over 18 years (18+) to use this service.
4. Players are permitted to hold only one Real account. Players who register multiple accounts, including those with differing personal details, will lose eligibility for winnings, and all withdrawal requests will be denied. Furthermore, additional accounts will be permanently closed.
5. Interactive gambling services are not available to persons in prohibited jurisdictions. Access or use from such areas is strictly forbidden.
6. Slotocash Casino makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, about your legal right to use the services. No employee, affiliate, or agent may provide legal assurances.
7. Employees of Slotocash Casino and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
8. The Game is for entertainment only. Participation is at your own risk.
9. You may only access the Casino for personal, non-professional use.
10. You may only play under your own name. Playing on behalf of others or failing verification may lead to account suspension.

10.2 If the name on your account does not match the payment method (e.g., credit card), the account may be terminated.

11. Slotocash Casino reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. While any remaining balance may be refunded upon closure, the Casino retains sole discretion to void winnings and seize funds in your account under any of the following circumstances::

11.1 You are found to have more than one active Casino account.

11.2 The name on your Casino account does not match the name on the payment method (e.g., credit card) used for deposits.

11.3 You participate in a promotion and request a withdrawal before meeting its specific wagering requirements.

11.4 You provide false, incorrect, or misleading registration, account, or identity information.

11.5 You are under the legal gambling age.

11.6 You reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

11.7 You have allowed another person to access or use your Casino account, whether knowingly or not.

11.8 You are not playing solely for personal entertainment and instead engage in professional play or coordinate with others as part of a group, club, or syndicate.

11.9 You are caught cheating or using systems—such as software, automated tools, or machines—designed to exploit or manipulate the Casino.

11.10 You are identified as a bonus abuser, including by using no-risk or low-risk strategies to withdraw promotional funds.

11.11 It is discovered that you have engaged in any of the above behaviors at other online casinos.

12. If fraud or chargebacks occur, Slotocash Casino may withhold amounts and initiate recovery proceedings. You agree not to reverse deposits. Violations void winnings and require repayment.
13. Acceptance of winnings grants Slotocash Casino the right to use your name for promotions, unless prohibited by law.
14. Disputes must be submitted within 14 days. The Casino’s server records are final.
15. You are responsible for any taxes on winnings.
16. Slotocash Casino may add or remove games or services at any time.
17. Keep your account and password confidential. Unauthorized use is your responsibility.
18. Slotocash Casino is not responsible for lost access unless due to its own systems.
19. We are not liable for technical issues or unauthorized methods of access.
20. If you are found cheating or defaming the Casino, we may publicize and share your identity with other casinos or institutions.
21. You agree to indemnify and hold Slotocash Casino and its affiliates harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Casino, including technical faults, disconnections, unauthorized access, participation in games or promotions, or use of winnings. Slotocash is not liable for service interruptions or failures beyond its control.
22. Sloto'Cash is the trade name of Slotocash Casino. You obtain no rights to its intellectual assets or materials by using the site.
23. Materials used in the Game are void if altered or corrupted. Replacement is the only remedy.
24. Submitted prize claim materials become property of Slotocash Casino and will not be returned.
25. A purchase confirmation email is sent. We recommend printing all relevant data for your records.
26. You may be required to verify the source of your funds or payment method.
27. Withdrawals are only permitted after a deposit has been wagered at least once.
28. All wagers must be placed through Slotocash's official interface. Unauthorized software or robots are prohibited.
29. Weekly withdrawal limit is $5,000. Limits may be adjusted based on VIP status.
30. Withdrawals are only permitted after playing deposit(s) at least once (reiterated).
31. Offensive language or behavior is not tolerated. Violators may have usernames locked or accounts closed.
32. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months or more will be classified as inactive. If a customer does not log into their Casino account for 12 consecutive months, any remaining balance in the account will be voided. However, if the customer returns to the Casino in the future and requests the voided balance, management may, at its sole discretion, restore it.
33. Slotocash Casino may revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Changes take immediate effect when published.
34. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Slotocash Casino and override all previous versions.
35. All content and software provided by Slotocash Casino, including but not limited to logos, designs, source code, text, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Slotocash Casino or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
