1) How Many Comps Do I need to redeem a SlotoShop product?

You need a minimum of 3.000 comp points in your Sloto'Cash account in order to be able to access the shop and redeem a product.

2) What are Comp Points?

Comp points are generated while you play Sloto'Cash games for real money. For every wager, you receive a certain amount of comp points depending on your player/VIP class. The more you play, the more comps you will generate that you can later exchange for products at our Sloto Shop site. 

Check your current comp point balance in the cashier, under "My Account" tab.

3) How do I redeem my products?

Log in to Sloto Shop with your Sloto'Cash player details. Browse for products and check how many comp points they are worth. Make sure you have enough comp points in your Sloto'Cash account to make the purchase.

Just like in an online shop, find the product you want, select the size and add it to your shopping cart. Check out and confirm your purchase of your product(s). You will be provided with an order number.

Your comp point balance will be deducted within 48 hours. Please do not redeem the comp points needed for the purchase, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

4) How Many Products can I redeem?

Every player is entitled to 1 order per month, with a maximum of two products per order.

5) How long does it take to get my products?

After submitting your order, please allow up to 21 business days for your product to arrive at your registered address.

6) Can I cancel my order?
